Allan Hendricks - RCA President
Hello, I'm Allan Hendricks and I'm currently serving as RCA President. I am a senior majoring in Telecommunications Systems Management from Henderson, KY. This will be my fourth year serving in RCA. I was first an RCA representative from Hart College, then RCA Secretary/Treasurer, and this will be my second term as President. For two years I was an RA and remain an active member of Hart College. I feel that the Residential College model inspires students to get involved and see opportunities where they otherwise would not have looked. I'm extremely excited about my position and the opportunity to lead RCA in a direction that will benefit the students. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns!

Heather Stroupe -
National Communications Coordinator
Hi, I'm Heather Stroupe. I am the National Communications Coordinator for Murray State's RCA. I am a senior psychology major with an organization communications minor and I will graduate in December of 2007. I am also a member of NRHH and Psi Chi, and I have been a student ambassador and Summer Orientation Counselor. If you have any questions about the university let me know! Now for some business! I would like to be the first to encourage you to apply for all conferences (state, regional, and national) because they are a great opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills both personally and within current organizations you belong to (plus they are a lot of fun). If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at heather.stroupe@murraystate.edu . Have a great year!
Allie Bryan - (NCC-IT)
Hi! I'm Allie Bryan, currently serving as the National Communication Coordinator In Training (NCC-IT), and will be taking over the NCC position in December. I am a Biology major, focusing in Pre-Medicine. I became involved with RCA when an RA of Hart College suggested that I apply to attend a regional housing conference, SAACURH. After attending SAACURH, I realized I loved the conferences and wanted to get more involved. I have since then attended state, regional, and national conferences.
Going to these conferences gives me the chance to communicate with other Residential College Associations from around the country and share ideas, as well as have some fun! I hope to bring many new suggestions and look to improve the overall Residential College experience for current and future residents. I encourage everyone to apply to attend future conferences, if you have any questions please contact me or another RCA officer!
